Collaborating for Excellence

Jim Twerdahl founded James S. Twerdahl & Associates, Inc., after a long and rewarding career as the CEO of several companies in the consumer electronics industry and as an entrepreneur managing and investing in a number of small businesses.  In his corporate career he worked as principal or team member in a dozen acquisitions and two divestitures.

He founded his investment banking and consulting practice from the prospective of being a client.  He clearly "has walked in his clients’ shoes,"  and understands the challenges and concerns they face in considering a transaction.

For larger transactions, Jim partners with other experienced professionals with complementary skills and experience.  Frequently he partners with Kevin Berson, founder of Kinected Advisors.  (www.Kinected.com
